Etiquette

To ensure that your preferred treatment is available, we invite you to schedule your appointment in advance online / on phone. Spontaneous bookings (walk- ins) are always welcomed, and will be confirmed based on availability.

Arrival

We would advise arrival to our salon 5 minutes prior than scheduled in order to provide the service at the scheduled time. Please notice the late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. In fairness to others, we must follow scheduled appointment times so the next guests’ session can begin on time. Please note that in case of late arrival you will be charged the full amount of the service.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24hour notice to cancel your treatment without charge. Next time the amount of 50% of the treatment will be charged if it is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, or if it is not attended.

For premium treatments – in case of online registration, 50% of the selected treatment must be paid as a reservation fee, so we can secure the place!

In case of cancellation/modification within 24 hours, the amount will be refunded!  If the cancellation occurs after the cancellation deadline, we will not be able to refund the booking fee!

Payment

In our SALON we accept cash payments in Hungarian Forints or bank cards. For premium treatments – in case of online registration, 50% of the selected treatment must be paid as a reservation fee, so we can secure the place!

Dialogue

Communication with your therapist should be free and open dialogue. During your service please let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Please inform the therapist if you have any medical conditions as this may interfere with treatment selection. Please mind other guests’ relaxation time and do not disturb them by talking loudly or using your cell phone.
